Ready For A Change

I have tried many different diet programs: Weight Watchers (more than once) 3 day diet, 4 day diet, 5 day diet, 7 day diet, Cabbage diet, Slim Fast...you name it, I have tried it.  Frankly I am tired of trying to lose the weight.  I remember reading one day in I believe Woman's World of a woman who began to blog to lose weight. She did it for her, and each day she had a blog...what she ate, what she drank, how she felt, etc.  She even put when she 'fell off the wagon' to her surprise she received so much support.  I do not know what this will do.  This may just be therapy for me, but it is a start. So today is Saturday, July 2, 2011.  I am just setting up this blog.  Only time will tell what it will lead to.
